Indulge in one of Chablis' finest winemaker's 2021 Vaulorent Chablis Premier Cru white wine. Despite a difficult year – 2021 saw springtime frosts and a number of vines and their berries lost to botrytis – Samuel Billaud has still managed to produce vintages that are top tier. The Vaulorent has zesty of notes of citrus, especially lemon, with an earthy, mineral tone provided by the limestone soil. The palate is treated to a final hint of green apple, crisp and ripe.
