Created to mark the 175th anniversary of Christoper Rawson Penfold planting the first vines on the Magill Estate in 1844, the vibrant and intensely complex Penfolds 50-Year-Old Rare Tawny is one of the finest fortified wines on the market. This deeply rich and warming wine is blended from Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro, among others, and is packed with the flavours of mocha, chocolate and fruit cake, easing into plums and savoury spices before ending with a consummately balanced palate.
