As the original producer of Balsamic vinegar of Modena, where the label is still based today, it comes as no surprise that Giuseppe Giusti presents this tasting gift set with a reference to its home country: *monolegni*translates to ‘single wood’, which the three flavours – named for individual trees – make up. Juniper, or *Ginepro*, is a distinctive vinegar with a unique aroma; Oak, or Rovere, is a rich flavour with unmistakable notes of vanilla; and Cherry Wood, or Ciliegio, has a warm colourway and sweet and spicy notes.
