One of Puligny’s finest wineries, Yann Pascal is admired for its impeccable vineyards and exquisite Burgundy. All its wines are fermented and aged for 12 months in 228-litre Burgundy pieces – a type of pot-bellied barrel – with this 2022 vintage no exception. Vinified in 20% new oak, this drop is a complete offering with notes of apple, pear and citrus.
