Our bakers replenish our offering every half an hour with over 15 varieties of still-warm bread and shelves of sweet and savoury pastries. Signature bakes include sourdough, personalised with your initials if you choose.

Every day, our chefs fill the patisserie counter with an array of picture-perfect desserts. From classics like millefeuilles and chocolate éclairs to caramel and coffee gateaux and pistachio délices, each recipe has been perfected to provide the finest gourmet experience.
Listen out for the bell rung every half an hour, signalling the arrival of a fresh batch of bread and pastries, still warm from the oven.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day in sweet style with our perfectly-pink pastries, crafted by our expert pâtissiers and available now in The Food Halls. Discover an entire range including the delicate Valentine’s Charlotte, a chiffon vanilla sponge layered with almond crunch, strawberry & yuzu compote, and vanilla mousse. There's also the elegant Rhubarb & Almond Heart, dipped in silky mascarpone Chantilly, and the vibrant Hibiscus & Blueberry Heart, balancing floral and fruity notes.
