Dom Pérignon Vintage Champagne 2015 (75cl) – Champagne, France

Dom Pérignon is one of the most respected names in the Champagne world, producing legendary vintages since it was established in the 17th century. 2015 was a particularly fine year, but as with all the Champagne producer’s vintages, this bottle unfolds into a symphony of notes both on the nose and the palate. Expect the nose to gradually open like a bouquet of linden leaves, peony and jasmine, descending slowly into orange peel and green papaya. The palate shows great backbone, with an extended mid-palate and bright saline finish.
