Just a few drops is enough to leave a lasting impression on the tongue (and the mind), with its floral, earthy flavour developing from warm and tingly to outright fiery. Crispy tofu, a medium-rare steak or grilled portobello mushrooms are just some of the ways Weymouth 51 suggests getting your chilli kick.
