Samuel Billaud comes from a long line of Chablis winemakers.

Situated on the western edge of the Grand Cru hill, Samuel Billaud produces only small quantities of wine, with the 2021 season proffering even less than usual. Boasting a slightly paler colour with excellent tension, notes of pure white apple and fresh pear fruit burst forth, concluding in a wonderfully mineral finish.
