Dog Point’s signature Sauvignon Blanc is an intense wine, showcasing the power of the varietal through its bright, citrus-driven bouquet, strong minerality and classic elements of honeydew melon and pear to the lengthy finish. It’s aged for just a short period in stainless steel tanks for a fresh, crisp result, while the use of indigenous yeast in the fermentation process adds depth to an otherwise pure, understated white.<br />
