Almost 100 years of family-run heritage informs the wines of Château Ormes de Pez, with the estate being named after the local dialect’s word for ‘peace’. Like all its wines, the grapes of this 2016 vintage have been harvested entirely by hand and aged for 16 months after fermentation. The nose reveals ripe notes of red and black currants, alongside a silky tannins that creates a long finish.
