La Dame de Montrose is a poignant tribute to the estate’s former director.

The La Dame de Montrose is the second label of the Chateau Montrose estate, first created in 1983 as a tribute to Yvonne Charmolüe, who single-handedly ran the vineyard from 1944 to 1960. Known for its Merlot-predominant blends that offer distinctive red-fruit aromas, this wine achieves a silky blend every year. The 2022 vintage showcases a medium to full-bodied depth, offering the sweetness of red currants and black cherries.
