Founded in 1903, Domaine Borgeot is a family-run estate in Rémigny comprising 24 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards. Its wines are characterised by a blended fermentation that goes from temperature-controlled, stainless-steel vats to oak barrels, resulting in lively vintages such as the 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos Saint-Jean. Perfectly balanced yet fresh with aromas of ripe lemon, apricot and hazelnut on the bouquet, it is defined by vibrant acidity and a lingering, mineral finish.
