You can change your contact details in your online account. If you need to change the name on your account, please contact our Customer Service team.
To sign up for a Harrods online account, please visit our Register page.
To create an account without signing up to Harrods Rewards, please select the ‘No, I’m not interested’ option and then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

Orders placed before the 25th of October 2024 will not be visible in your account. If you need assistance locating any of these orders, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team who will be able to assist.
If you need to request a new password, click on 'Forgotten Password?' on the Sign in page. If you can't remember the email address you registered with, or if you have problems signing into your account, please contact our Customer Service team. If your saved personal details are no longer visible, rest assured that this is nothing to worry about. However, please note that going forward, you will need to enter both your delivery address and payment information manually at checkout, as the option to save these personal detail to your account is no longer available.
You can change your communication preferences by signing in to your online account at any time. Kindly note that it may take some time for the changes to be implemented.
To add and save items to your wishlists, you will need to create an account with us. These items will stay in your wishlist until your are ready to complete your purchase. If you would like some help completing your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
