Another excellent creation by House of Suntory, Toki is crafted with a blend of Hakushu, Chita and Yamazaki whiskies to give a light, refreshing and perfectly balanced flavour profile. The nose brings to mind basil, green apple and honey elements, while grapefruit, young grapes, peppermint and thyme deliver subtly sweet and spicy notes to the palate. The finish is pleasantly rounded out by vanilla, oak, white pepper and ginger.
