Matured in an assortment of old large vats, it holds a very minimal oak character, instead hitting the nose with raspberry liquorice and white chocolate. The palate boasts savoury notes mixed with wild cherry and pomegranate for a velvety-textured, complex wine. Careful cellaring will bring the 2021 vintage to its full potential.
