Taking its name from the process it undergoes to obtain its soft pink hue, the 11 Minutes rosé – the first rosé by Pasqua – is made up of four different grape varieties that result in a fragrant, fruity palate with a complex bouquet and a long finish. Its label is inspired by the work of Latin poet Catullo who lived by Lake Garda, the same location where the grapes are grown to create this impressive wine. The perfect accompaniment to warm summer evenings, pair it with everything from fish and salads to pastas and risottos.
