In 1915, a moment of inspiration struck Louise Agostini, Jean Neuhaus Jr’s wife, who came up with an elegant gift box to present Neuhaus’ chocolates and protect them on their journey from gift-giver to giftee. Thus was borne the Ballotin – a Belgian tradition that continues to this day. This one – dubbed The Timeless Masterpieces – is filled with a selection of fresh cream, praliné, ganache and gianduja filled pralines, all of 100% natural origin.
