Designed to quench thirsty skin, Nescens’ PHA Resurfacing Emulsion’s powers are two-fold: it exfoliates to diminish flakiness and restores the skin barrier, improving its overall appearance and texture. Powered by lactobionic acid, panthenol and niacinamide, this intensely hydrating lotion helps deliver a soft and supple complexion after just a few uses.
