Developed by Chef de Cave Benoit Gouez, Moët & Chandon’s Ice Impérial is the first Champagne created to be enjoyed over ice. It maintains the richness of the House’s signature style – aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruits and raspberry meet hints of caramel, grapefruit and quince on the palate – but is intense enough to maintain its balance when mixed with ice and garnishes like lime zest, mint leaves and cardamom seeds.
