The Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment should be applied to wet lengths, left on for at least four minutes and instantly followed by shampoo to instil strength back into broken locks. The formula is concentrated with pure citric acid and glycine to combat excess calcium found in hard water.
