Now in its third generation, Domaine Joseph Pascal in Puligny Montrachet has been steadily creating wines since the 1950s, with the current wine makers, Yann and Alexandra, describing their 2022 vintages as the very best. The Bourgogne Côte-d’Or Chardonnay balances zesty grapefruit and soft peaches with hints of quince and honey in the aroma, making it a very drinkable white with light, creamy pasta dishes and freshly cooked seafood.
