Pre-Orders

Yes, there are products available for pre-order on Harrods.com. These are indicated by the pre-order tag. The expected dispatch date will be displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Yes, you can. However, please note that items available for immediate dispatch will be shipped separately from pre-order items. You will only be charged once for delivery, and we'll provide tracking information for each shipment as it is sent.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.

Payment for your order will be processed either at the time of purchase or after 5 business days. For instant payment methods, such as PayPal, charges will be applied immediately. If your order is cancelled, we will process your refund right away.


Please note: Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Estimated dispatch dates are mentioned on the product page and in your confirmation email. These dates may be subject to change. Should there be any delays, we will be sure to let you know.

Rewards points will be uploaded to your account for pre-ordered items once the product(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.
